How do I send my photo?

After you check out, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Just reply to it and attach your photo — no accounts or uploads needed.

What kind of photo works best?

High-contrast, well-lit, close-up images with a clear subject and simple background. Portraits of people and pets, and couples, all work wonderfully. Higher resolution means sharper detail.

Can you do pets? Multiple people?

Yes to pets! Single subjects and close couples come out best. Busy group photos are harder to render clearly, so we may suggest a tighter crop.

What sizes are available?

Two sizes: 180 mm (a great accent piece) and 240 mm (a statement portrait).

What are the display options?

Every piece comes on a hanging wood board by default, ready to hang. You can upgrade to a deep shadow box for a gallery-style, gift-ready finish (+$10).

What is it made of?

Each portrait is 3D-printed in durable PLA as one solid piece — the “strings” are printed, so there are no loose threads to snag or sag.

How long does it take?

Because every piece is made to order, please allow time for printing before we ship. We'll confirm timing once we receive your photo.

Can I return it?

Each portrait is custom-made from your photo, so we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there's a problem with your order, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
